Cannot upgrade SQL 2005 SP4 x86 Workgroup to SQL 2012 Enterprise eval SP1 with selected features

I need to upgrade my SQL 2005 version to 2012.

The current version is SQL Server 2005 SP4 x86 Workgroup edition.

The version i want to upgrade to is SQL Server 2012 SP1 Enterprise Evaluation.

I have downloaded the installation files from MSDN, the complete ISO file. In this iso is a 64 bit and 32 bit version.

I select bij the welcome screen, Upgrade from SQL Server 2005, 2008 or 2008 R2 to 2012.

The installation wizard start but when i come at the screen by select features i see two rules and when i click next i got the error displayed in the printscreen.

how can i solve this isseu?
