The installation of Microsoft SQL Server 2012 SP1 is failing. I don't know why Microsoft Releases corrupted media. I've tried pretty much everything on the web related to this issue (and other installation issues related to ERP solutions). To the point of
thinking about moving forward from Microsoft due the lack of reliability.
This is the error message we are getting from MSSQL Server 2012 SP1 installation:

We have tried the following:
- Extract the ISO the media files of SQL Server 2012 SP1 and install as administrator --- FAILS
- Pretty much everything we have found in these forums and other SQL Server websites --- FAILS
Kindly yours (but also frustrated)
