TFS Collection move with SQL Upgrade

Hi,

I posted this question on the TFS forum and it was suggested that I consult with SQL experts.

We have a TFS2010 Collection on a Windows 2008R2 server, running SQL2008.  We want to move this collection to a different server (with the same OS) running TFS2012 and SQL2008R2.

The plan was to upgrade TFS to 2012 on the current server so it matched the version on the acquiring server.  The question is, will we run into any issues on the SQL side - i.e. moving the databases from a 2008 platform to a 2008R2 platform?
