The check phase of the WMI service fails while I try set up a SQL Server 2008R2 cluster

I'm installing a Sql Server 2008 R2 cluster, but when I come to the check phase it fails both WMI services but they are running and working.

The Computer are Fujitsu and I've heard that there is an issue.

I found the 'FTS_ServerViewAgentCIMProvidersforWindowsx64_62004_1094824' but after installing there is still no change.

Any more help available ?
