Can't see Network Drivers Despite changes to Registry As recommendation by Microsoft.

Hello everyone:

Not sure where to post this, please feel free to re-post to correct forum.

My Problem:
There are two wired Network Drives Attached to the computer, these drives are plugged in via Ethernet (non-wireless).
However, I cannot attach a database from these location, I cannot even see the drives.

I am the Admin on the Machine, WIN 7 64 Ultimate. SQL Server 2012 ENT 64.

I read and applied the following fix but I still cannot see the drives:

I am not sure what else I should be doing.
