Getting Err :Cannot resolve the collation conflict between "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS" and "Latin1_General_CI_AS_KS_WS"

Hi everyone,

when I try to join this table to another table . I got this ERR:

"Cannot resolve the collation conflict between "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS" and "Latin1_General_CI_AS_KS_WS" in the equal to operation."

I try to use this solution : alter database DB22 Collate SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS . Query completed. But I got this err again.

Please help me to solve it.
