SQL Server reporting service for named instance does not start after SQL server 2008 R2 SP2 installation

Following error occurs when we try to start the service.

Error: Windows could not start the SQL Server Reporting Services (NamedInstance) service on Local Computer.Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
