I probably installed Evaluation Edition by mistake, and now I can't get upgrade to Developer Edition, which is what I should have (and what I thought I had installed).
I thought it was this
Maintenance > Edition Upgrade
But then I get this screen:

That doesn't seem right at all; no option to upgrade to Developer Edition.
Knowledge is the only thing that I can give you, and still retain, and we are both better off for it.
