Error installing SQL Server 2012 Developer's Edition

I am trying to install the SQL Server 2012 Developer's Edition w/SP1 but keep experiencing the following error:

I do not receive this error when installing the Enterprise Edition on the same server.

How do I fix this error or work around it.
