The German Versions of SQL 2012 and SQL 2008R2 fail when the System locale is German (Switzerland) or any other German Localisation but German (Germany).
This is not such a problem for the initial installation, but all servicepacks fail as well unless the Environment is changed to German (Germany) again.
Why is it not possible for Microsoft the fix this annoyance ?????
