I am setting up a SQL 2012 Standard failover cluster using an SMB share. Along with the TechNet information I found the following link very helpful:
Unfortunately setting up my first cluster node ends with the following message dialog:
The common properties for resource 'SQL IP Address 1 (MYSERVER-sql)' could not be saved. Error: There was a failure to call cluster code from a provider. Exception message: .
