MS SQL server 2008 r2 express edition when Re installing it...

Hello everyone I have a problem with MS SQL server 2008 r2 express edition when Re installing it...
Installation does not start... 
plz help me how i install it again..


I remove all component of SQL server from control penal(add/remove) manully instead of one
(MS SQL server 2008 r2 setup component) is not removing ...


I got the following error while uninstall this component microsoft sqlserver 2008 r2 express..
