Full-Text Search is installed on SQL Server 2000 but how do I know if the database that I am interested in is using Full-Text Search?

I am running the Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Upgrade Advisor against a SQL Server 2000 default instance.  It says that Full-Text Search is installed but how do I know if the database that I am interested in is using Full-Text Search?  If a procedure is using CONTAINS?

I am asking this question because I want to upgrade from 2000 to 2012.  When I run the Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Upgrade Advisor I get the following messages

Upgrading will cause Full-Text Search to use instance-level, not global, word breakers and filters by default

Full-Text Search has changed in SQL Server 2008
