componenet error 1714 during sql12 installation

My pc today unexpectedly shutdown today and sql wouldn't work anymore (i think the registry got corrupted). I tried to uninstall it, but it wouldn't completely uninstall. So I manually uninstalled it (delete folders and registry) but now when I installed it, I got a few component error 1714 codes. I also don't think visual studio with bids installed or management studio.
