Cannot generate SSPI context.

Dear all,

We have two servers that have the following services running over them:

1- The first server has sql server 2008 R2 + Active directory

2- The other server has sharepoint 2010.

The server was working fine for almost 2 months but two days ago we figured out that the sharepoint website is not working. After checking the server we found that when we connect to the DB server using the sql client in the sharepoint server it gives us the following error "Cannot generate SSPI context". When we connect to the DB server using the remote desktop the db connection works fine for some time and then returns to the same error.

After checking in the internet we found that this is a Kerberos authentication problem. So We checked the date time of the AD server and sharepoint server we found that they are the same. After that we tried runnng the following command from the sharepoint server "setspn -l spwebadmin" it gave us the following error "FindDomainForAccount: Call to DsGetDcNameWithAccountW failed with return value 0x0000054B Could not find account spwebadmin" but when we run the same command in the AD, DB server it give us correct results.

The only thing that we did before two days is installing outlook 2007 and mozilla thunderbird over the sharepoint server and we installed the latest updates in the sharepoint server.

May you please help us in the fixing in this problem

Thank you so much
