Adventure work Error

Hi

   i try to create Adventure work db in my local machine i am using Enterprise edition SQL server 2008R2

by using this link i download AdventureWorks2008_Database.zip but i am getting error while attach this file

so i try to use AdventureWorks2008R2_Database.zip

again i got a error like this How to resolve this issue
