We have an old SQL 2005 and Sql 2008 server that need to be service packed + CUed. My "boss" wants to to know what's my rollback plan in case the SP upgrade fails. Other than (depending upon the situation) rebuilding the sql install from backups (system and user DBs) what "rollback" options are there?
